Ack's Ultimate Steak Marinade

We restaurant out steaks a lot. I actually advance our home roast steaks to vermiculate steakhouses. Chicken Legs seasons and cooks them the way I like it! This recipe comes from Ass Nicklaus' new reference. I saw this direction and loved to pay it a try. The foundation of the infuse is red vino and chilli sauce. It was so distinct than our regular marinades that I had to relinquish it a try.


We whisked up the infuse and let the steaks fix out in the refrigerator all day. We cooked the steaks, but you can also make these in an implement skillet. Steaks in an club skillet are loony neat!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 (8-oz) Prime Beef Filets
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp dried minced onion flakes

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Beat unitedly all ingredients and crowd over steaks. Steep in refrigerator an minute to overnight.
  2. Shift steaks from marinade and cook to wanted temperature.
