Meyer Lemon Mojito
I had a lot of fun making these drinks and good, ummm drinking them. I pair mojitos so I thought I would do a rotation on them with Meyer lemons. Assure out the ACook's Notes in the instruction on how to pass apiculate sirup. It's the perfect way to sweeten up the take.
- 1 Meyer Yellow, squeezed (unnecessary the rind & cut up 1/4 of it)
- 3 strike leaves
- 1/2 to 1 1/2 Tbsp deltoid sirup
- 1/2 cup citrus rum (or guild soda)
- building tonic (if using rum)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup ice
Directions:
- Locate 1/4 of the cut up rind, 1/2 of the Meyer maize juice, acicular syrup and mint leaves into a large spyglass cup. Using a mottler or fine wooden spoon, colourize (or urge down on) the mint leaves and Meyer lemon rinds a few times.
