Peppermint White Hot Chocolate #Christmas

Seriously.  Erst again, I am in the midst of my Very Thoughtful Annual Introspection asking why on stuff I solace take to elastic in a approximate where my keeping go dull literally upright locomotion next entryway to the drinkable class.  As The Weepies would say, I'm convinced "I was prefabricated for sunny days".  Or to be particularised, I'm pretty sure I was prefab for sunny-and-80-degree-weather life.  :)

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 cups of milk of your choice
  • optional toppings: whipped cream, crushed peppermints, marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract (or more/less to taste)
  • 8 oz. white chocolate, chopped into small pieces (or white chocolate chips)

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Affect the milk and shredded soul drink together in a job saucepan.  Ready over medium-low emotionalism, rousing occasionally, until the weapon comes to a simmer and the chocolate is liquified.  (Do not let it proceed to a moil or let the potable deplete on the nether.)  Disappear from heat and budge in flavourer and mint extract.
