  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • juice of 1 lime
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp chipotle sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced


Avocado Crema

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups loosely packed cilantro
  • 1 avocado
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Ready quinoa, then set aside to composed. Mix with the salsa and put in the bottom of the bringing arena.
  2. Bed the remaining ingredients on top.
  3. Top with EITHER the Chipotle Crema or the Aguacate Crema
  4. Chipotle Crema--simply impress all ingredients together.
  5. Avocado Crema--put all ingredients in a blender and commingle until rid.
